Limited Apparel Shipping Policy
Production Time:
- Standard POD products: 3-7 business days.
- Cotton all-over print products: 10-15 business days.
- Note: Delays may occur due to COVID-19.
Shipping Method:
We optimize our shipping policy to ensure fast delivery, using different carriers for various countries, based on weight, cost, and efficiency. The actual shipping rates can be checked on the item page.
Delivery:
Once the order arrives at its destination, it will be delivered to the customers.
Shipping Rates:
- The postage fee is calculated based on the first item and additional items.
- Example: Shipping a T-Shirt to the US with Special Line costs $6.16. For two T-shirts, the fee ranges from $7.67 to $8.04.
- Actual fees may vary due to exchange rates and other factors, but we always strive to offer preferential prices.
Shipping FAQ:
- Postage for multiple same items: Calculated as the first item's shipping cost plus the cost for additional items.
- Postage for different items: The highest shipping cost among the first items is applied, and additional costs for other items are added.
- Bulk order discounts: Available for orders over 21KG, with options for International Express or Standard Shipping.
- International shipping varies based on method:
- Standard shipping: 12-20 business days.
- Special line: 7-10 business days.
- International express: 3-5 business days.
- Shipping times are estimates and exclude production time and local holidays.

Order Shipment:
We primarily use air freight for small orders and sea shipping (standard shipping) for orders over 21kg.
Undelivered Packages:
If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect phone number or address, we cannot cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order. For international shipping, we confirm phone numbers before shipping.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
Contact us with photos of damaged items within 7 days of receipt. For lost packages, we will arrange re-shipping as soon as possible.
Returned Orders:
If an order is returned due to an undeliverable address or other reasons, contact us with an updated address for reshipping. New shipping charges will apply.
Tracking Issues:
If tracking shows delivery but the package is missing, we recommend contacting the carrier for further information. HugePOD does not cover reshipping or refunding in such cases.
Address Corrections:
Address changes are possible before shipping. After shipping, we cannot modify the address.
